1. Video on What To Do When Approached By Law Enforcement Officers Muslim Advocates has produced a video — available in five languages — to educate community members on how to protect themselves when approached by law enforcement. The video presents a variety of real-life scenarios and illustrates in an easy-to-understand manner one’s legal rights when approached by law enforcement, which is oftentimes a very intimidating experience for community members. We also encourage community members to seek local counsel if approached by law enforcement. Please contact the New England Muslim Bar Association — President Ayham Bahnassi (firstname.lastname@example.org) and Vice President Vugar Jafarov (email@example.com).
