2. Eidul Adha – Some To Celebrate on Saturday And Some To Celebrate on Sunday
The Muslim community in Boston and New England will be celebrating Eidul Adha on Saturday, following Saudi Arabia. There will also be a portion of the Muslim community who will be celebrating on Sunday, following the local moonsighting methodology. Both methodologies are approved by Islamic scholars. We respect both schools of thought and appreciate the flexibility provided by the Deen.
